I will no longer be taking on new clients for the foreseeable future. For more information on how you can support yourself, or understand your psychology about health and wellness, check out the blog.

My process is very collaborative and client-centred in nature. Some of my work is with people who just need a supportive figure in their life – an impartial third party to regularly confide in. Some of my work is with people who have specific goals in mind, and want support in reaching them. In either case, the coaching process is all about helping you be the best version of yourself that you can be. You are the focus.
Payments are securely made via an invoice I send to you directly. Sessions are only booked once payment has been received. For more information about my services, please get in touch or check out the FAQ section below…

Frequently Asked Questions
Q. What can you help me with?
A. As a Health and Wellness Coach, my job is to help you shake off unhealthy habits, and help you sustainably engage in healthy behaviours. It’s also my job to support you in mentally processing the past experiences that have led you to this point, and the current thought patterns that are holding you back from living healthier and happier. Subjects I support clients with include…
Stress Management | Eating Healthier | Relationship Dynamics | Getting More Exercise | Emotion Regulation | Creating a Healthier Environment | Improving Sleep
Q. What would the coaching look like?
A. My coaching services are all done online, and so sessions are hosted via video chat (i.e. Skype). These are followed up by email exchanges, where I check in with you on how you are doing. These emails are also used to set homework tasks, book or reschedule sessions, and to send over helpful resources.
For those wanting the optional mental wellbeing exercise, this is included at the start of each session, to help us relax and ease into the coaching. This involves the both of us getting into the same headspace, with myself actively guiding you through the meditation/exercise.
Q. What makes you qualified to coach me?
A. Coaching is often unregulated, and untrained individuals are able to practice without consequence. However, to date I have training to a postgraduate level, am a member of the British Psychological Society, and an affiliate member of the Special Group of Coaching Psychology. Click here more information about my qualifications and memberships.
Q. Who are you looking for in a client?
A. I work primarily with young professionals, looking to develop and grow as individuals. However my services are open to all adults of any background, and I do not discriminate based on your gender, race, sexual orientation, or spiritual practice. I also attempt to make any interventions suitable for any level of ability.
I do not work with clients under the age of 18. For teenagers and young adults looking for help, I would recommend talking to your GP, or checking out local community centres for guidance.
Q. Would my information be secure?
A. While I do take notes during and/or after each session, anything you share with me in session is held with the strictest of confidence, and is not shared with 3rd parties without your consent. The only exception to this is if I feel that you are a danger to yourself or another, at which point I must share this with the authorities to protect the both of us. Your personal information is also held securely, and I work to be as closely aligned to GDPR standards.
Q. What happens if I need to reschedule/cancel a session?
A. Sometimes schedules need to be rearranged, which is totally understandable! To do so, you must give at least 2 working days notice of any schedule change (e.g. a session booked for Monday must be cancelled or rescheduled the previous Thursday). Rescheduling without prior notice will come with an additional charge for the newly scheduled session. This will include a one-time payment of £35 sent via a separate invoice. This must be paid prior to the next session being confirmed.
If you wish to cancel your subscription altogether, and gain a refund for any session unfulfilled, then you can do so. Please see refund policy below for further information on this.
Q. What is your refund policy?
A. In the sad event that you are unhappy with my services, refunds are available for any unfulfilled sessions booked. This is calculated based on the rate you are paying, and the amount of sessions in that month that have yet to participate in. For example, if you pay for Fortnightly Coaching, and wish to cancel your subscription after only having one of the two sessions for that month, you are eligible for a refund up to half of what you have paid (i.e. £67.50 / 2 = £33.75)
Refunds take 5-10 working days to process, and will be sent via the banking information you have provided. Cancellations must be done with notice of at least 2 working days prior to your next session. Failure to do so will lead to forfeit of those charges, where I hold the right to keep any payment associated with that session. I also hold the right to cancel or reschedule any session booked, without notice, should it be necessary. Refunds are not available for past sessions had between us, nor for sessions the client has missed.
