In this heavily saturated world of digital content, it’s hard to understand how to put your best foot forward. Should I be pumping out as much content as possible, to stay relevant and active? Or should I be focusing on creating the best content possible, but risk being left behind?
Honestly, I have no idea…
For the past couple months I have made it my mission to post 3 times a week, giving as many subjects and perspectives as possible. Looking at the back-end stuff I can see that May was great! June, not so much. While I know some places that pump out several posts a day, 7 days a week, coming up with 3 well written, well thought out posts is a stretch for me.
So I wanted to make a change. Much like my YouTube channel, where I have decided to go to the 1 video a month, I will be posting on this website once a week.
For those of you who take the time to actually read my blog here, I hope that this will only make things better for you. To not be inundated with notifications, and to only receive the best from me.
I don’t want to be another one of those sites vying for your attention for the clicks and views. I want this to be a place where you can gain insight, knowledge, and a better feeling about yourself and your situation. So moving forward, that will be the main priority. I will post an article (or a link to my latest YouTube video) every Friday, where you can find out something new about health, mental wellbeing, and overall wellness.
